Registration open for our Annual General Meeting 2025/26

Annual General Meeting of the Public Health Wales Board will be held on Tuesday 14 July 2026.

Public Health Wales is both the public health organisation in Wales and an NHS Trust. The AGM provides an opportunity to engage with us in reviewing our 2025/26 achievements across the breadth of our many roles and responsibilities, and in discussing the opportunities and challenges ahead.

This year will also feature a presentation on careers and apprenticeships in Public Health Wales, followed by a Career Discovery event.

The event will be an open day style event where you can come and see what type of jobs and career pathways we have in Public Health Wales. Staff on the stalls will be demonstrating their work with interactive activities and live demonstrations.

The meeting will be held in person at the The OpTic Centre (Wrexham University) in St Asaph and online.

The AGM meeting will take place from 12pm to 1pm in The Conference Room, The Optic Centre, St Asaph, and will be streamed live online.

For those joining in person, please join us for lunch and the Career Discovery Event after the meeting from 1pm to 3pm in ‘The Street’.

Electronic copies of the Annual Report and the Audited Accounts will be available on the website in both English and Welsh prior to the event.

Questions for the Board are welcomed and can be submitted in advance.

Dietary Requirements

There is free parking available at The Optic Centre, the parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
