Board committees

We have five Board Committees:

• Audit and Corporate Governance Committee
• Quality, Safety and Improvement Committee
• People and Organisational Development Committee
• Knowledge, Research and Information Committee
• Remuneration and Terms of Service Committee

We currently have one Sub-Group: COVID-19 Public Inquiry Preparedness Sub-Group

The Standard Terms of Reference and Operating Arrangements for all Committees of the Board includes content common to all committees and should be read alongside the specific terms of reference for each committee.
