The importance of Social Prescribing

In this webinar we heard from Jules Davies from the Valleys Regional Park who discussed the role that Green Social Prescribing can play in the COVID recovery. Dr David Llewellyn outlined the work of the Caerphilly Nature on Prescription pilot being led by The Aneurin Bevan Integrated Wellbeing Network and Professor Carolyn Wallace, from the University of South Wales discussed the exciting work being led by the Wales School for Social Prescribing Research.

Together, they presented the work their respective organisations are carrying out that will add to the evidence base for social prescribing, supporting the national development of the social prescribing agenda and delivering on the ground green social prescribing pilots.
