Thank you for your recent request dated 29 August 2023. Please see below board member letters that are held by Public Health Wales.
The letters for other board members are not held by Public Health Wales (Diane Crone and Sian Griffiths). You will need to contact Welsh Government for this information. I have provided their information below.
