PHNC E-Bulletin: Protecting the mental well-being of current and future generations

Mental well-being relates to our ability to feel confident with ourselves, develop and maintain supportive relationships with our families, friends and communities, have a sense of purpose, live and work productively, cope with daily stresses and adapt positively to change. This e-bulletin includes articles which look at national, regional or local initiatives, programmes or policy changes which encourage and promote good mental well-being throughout the life course.
