The state of contaminated land in Wales

This report gives an overview of the contaminated land activity in Wales since Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act (1990) was introduced on 1st July 2001 until the 31st December 2013. The report provides details of progress made in identifying and remediating contaminated land sites using information collected from 19 of 22 local authorities in Wales and Natural Resources Wales for special sites they regulate.
