Zoe Pietrzak

Executive Director of Strategy, Finance and Performance

Zoe is a CIMA qualified Accountant and has worked in the NHS for 23 years, starting her finance career as a Management Accountant at Great Yarmouth Primary Care Trust. She has held leadership roles across local, regional, and national NHS organisations in England, including Chief Financial Officer at Great Yarmouth and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group, and more recently as Regional Director of Finance for the East of England at NHS England. Zoe has a huge interest in supporting leadership development across the NHS, including co founding the Women in Leadership for Finance network.
