Aims of resource

The purpose of this training resource is to:​

• develop the knowledge base of healthcare practitioners regarding the selective varicella (chickenpox) catch up vaccination programme
• support healthcare practitioners involved in delivering vaccination or messages around vaccination for the selective varicella (chickenpox) catch up vaccination programme, by providing evidence-based information
• promote high uptake of MMRV vaccination in all eligible groups by increasing the knowledge of those involved in supporting and delivering the vaccination programme
