In-Work Support Service
The In-Work Support Service provides support and training to help people and businesses improve workplace wellbeing.
The service includes:
- support to help employed and self-employed people manage their health condition and either return to work or remain in work
- training and support to help businesses improve workplace wellbeing
Eligibility for the In-Work Support Service
The In-Work Support Service supports those dealing with mental health or musculoskeletal conditions.
You can access free confidential therapeutic support if you are employed or self-employed and are:
- on a sickness absence from work
- still working but struggling due to your health condition and will help you to remain in work
Free training and support are also available to businesses to help improve workplace wellbeing for their employees
