Employer Case Studies: Responding to the Covid-19 Pandemic

Healthy Working Wales has worked with award holders to develop case studies documenting their responses to the pandemic. An overarching report provides context to the series of case studies and includes highlightes from each one.

Each individual case study shines a light on the sorts of challenges and opportunities faced by all employers in Wales as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. They demonstrate the creative ways in which employers have responded, prioritising the health and wellbeing of their staff and embedding new ways of working that in many cases will continue into a post Covid-19 world.
