Keeping connected to improve mental wellbeing

  • Keeping in touch digitally with friends and family and not just chatting to people but watching a show or reading a book separately and then discussing it afterwards. 
  • Joining a peer support community - Mind runs an online peer support community called Elefriends, where you can share your experiences and hear from others.
