The first phase of the Our Space Programme was completed in September 2016 when we opened CQ2 and transferred 550 staff from 10 locations across South-East Wales to one. In line with the Organisational Change Policy for NHS Wales (OCP), if your travel and parking costs increased on transfer to CQ2, you have been eligible to claim for these additional costs for a period of four years.
The reimbursement period for this Phase 1 move to CQ2 comes to an end on 30 September 2020, and this is the last date on which you can make a claim for excess travel costs and parking.
If you have a query about your transfer date please contact the People Team (PeopleSupport.PHW@wales.nhs.uk).
All excess travel and parking claims are submitted on-line using the E-expenses system. Shared Services Partnership, who run the E-expenses system have been advised that eligibility for reimbursement of excess travel and parking comes to an end on 30 September 2020.
For any queries about on-going claims please contact Shared Services:

Those with car parking passes for the multi-storey (except those with the extra COVID-19 passes given to call centre staff) will shortly receive an email explaining the new procedures for the spaces, which will run until the end of the COVID-19 pandemic.
