Microsoft Teams – Live Q&A

Elizabeth Dier, Project Manager and Paul Bridges, Senior IM&T Technical Specialist will be answering your questions on everything to do with the launch of Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Teams enables you to:

  • Chat with colleagues within PHW and trusted external organisations
  • Audio and video call within PHW and with trusted external organisations
  • Join ‘Teams’ you have been invited to by other organisations
  • Access your Outlook address book, Calendar and other Office 365 apps like MS Planner, Word, Excel, OneNote and much more

We have created a dedicated webpage on Teams, with lots of useful information that will be added to regularly. You can view the Teams page here.

We know that this is a new piece of software and way of working for us all, and we want to answer your questions, to help you get the most out of what Teams has to offer.

The live Q&A will be taking place on Thursday 13 August at 10am and will be streamed live on Microsoft Teams. This is open to all members of Public Health Wales staff and you can still view the live stream with the link we will share, even if you’re not using Teams yet.

To join, follow this link on Thursday 13 Aug at 10am - Join Microsoft Teams Q&A.

Don't worry if you can't join live, we'll make all of the questions and answers available on our Teams webpage.

Please send your questions in beforehand using the form below, if you don’t get a chance to send it over beforehand, you can ask your question on the chat during the live streaming.

We will make all the questions and answers available on our Teams webpage.
