We understand that this is a worrying time for many of us for many reasons. It is important that you and your manager have regular and open conversations about your wellbeing and what you’re currently working on, and as such you should raise concerns with them as early as possible. In the guidance that went out w/c 8th June, we emphasised that employees should continue to work from home wherever possible for the next 6 months – this is to ensure your safety and to ensure we are able to meet legal requirements on social distancing in the workplace. If we need to ask you to attend a workplace, you should speak with your Line Manager in the first instance to discuss any safety concerns you may have and to ensure that all reasonable safety measures are put in place. Remember everyone should complete an individual risk assessment to capture and act on information specific to you.
