Frequently Asked Questions about Returning to Work

Public Health Wales has developed a Recovery Plan that will phase the reactivation of our services over the next 12 months and work alongside the Public Health Protection Response Plan, which remains the organisations priority. To support the organisation to continue to effectively respond and prepare for the reactivation of services, staff have been advised that, where possible, to work from home for the next six months. We recognise that this is not possible for all staff due to the nature of your roles and in these circumstances, please discuss with your line manager. We are also exploring options of providing additional equipment to staff for those who currently are unable to work from home, if their roles would allow them to do so.

Due to social distancing regulations it will not be possible to have the same number of staff within the workplace, therefore please do not return to your place of work until advised to do so.
