Dental Practice Guidance 

A Guide for Safeguarding Children and Adults at Risk in General Dental Practice aims to promote knowledge, awareness and clarify the roles and responsibilities of the Dental Practice team in promoting safety and responding to concerns about the welfare of children, young people and adults at risk.
 
This document does not replace but is a supplement to the All Wales Child Protection Procedures, the Wales Interim Policy and Procedures for the Protection of Vulnerable Adults from Abuse or the Safeguarding Children: Working Together under the Children Act 2004.
