Outcome measures forum sessions

Regular 1 hour forum sessions are provided via Teams for everyone who has attended the one-day Outcome Measures training.

These forum sessions cover a wide range of topics to support your team’s progress with the Improvement Cymru Outcome Measures team. The sessions are repeated on a rolling programme to ensure there is an opportunity for team representatives’  to attend the forum around their  commitments.

Topics

Forum 1: Getting Started – This session focusses on the Maturity Matrix and possible first steps to take in introducing Outcome Measures with your team, helpful tips and what additional support/resources are required.

Forum 2: Process Mapping - This session provides an opportunity to explore how to review and streamline processes within your teams. We explore the methods and tools that can enable teams to process map their services effectively.

Forum 3: Data Discussion – This is an opportunity to learn more about the Outcome Collation Workbook that was introduced on the training day. We will be sharing additional resources, providing helpful tips and an opportunity to learn from the challenges and opportunities that you have experienced in practice.   

Forum 4: Using the Outcome Measure Tools Q&A Session – This is an opportunity for attendees to ask questions about any element of the training. We will spend time looking at the website as a reminder of how to access the resources available.

Booking information

All team representatives will receive an email from the Improvement Cymru Outcome Measures team inviting them to the forum sessions. To book onto the session please accept the Teams invitation and join the link at the appropriate time.
