What work is Care Home Cymru doing?
There are three phases to the work:
- Phase one - 16 care homes across Wales will form part of a network to develop and shape the programme.
- Phase two – establishing a virtual care home collaborative to nurture and support a culture of continuous learning and development
- Phase three – further scale and spread to additional care homes across Wales
