Head of Programmes

Iain’s role is to support programme leads across the Improvement agenda in Wales.

Iain has an MBA Health Executive and a background in hospital general management. He has worked in Improvement for 15 years and in the NHS in England and Wales for over 25 years.  He is a qualified Executive coach and Institute for Healthcare Improvement Improvement Adviser and course teaches for Improvement Cymru.

Iain is interested in all types of Improvement approaches and is always looking to expand his learning.
