Strategy Lead

Felicity’s role involves leading on the development of the refreshed strategy, and a number of key strategic frameworks for scale and spread and managing quality within an organisation.

Felicity has worked in Improvement at a national level for 13 years and has a postgraduate diploma in Health Services Management and a degree in English Literature.

She has recently completed the Institute for Healthcare Improvement Chief Quality Officer program and is interested in innovation.
