Good quality, fair work are key elements of positive employee health. However people who have a work-limiting health condition are less likely to be in work than their non-disabled counterparts. As our working population ages, and the proportion of employees with health conditions and impairments increases. Employers are key to supporting employees to stay in work, whilst tapping into the benefits that a diverse workforce can offer.
