  • Provide clear guidance and training for managers, including how to support staff experiencing mental health issues and/or facing difficult issues such as bereavement, long term illness or domestic violence, and where to signpost them for help
  • Ensure managers regularly ask their employees how they are feeling and act on their findings to support the individual
