What are the additional benefits of taking part in the Enhanced Status Check and retaining involvement with HWW?

HWW is currently developing a new awards programme as part of a new model of delivery.  This will take into account any previous involvement and success with the HWW awards programme and contribute to expediting an employer’s progress through the required new award stages.

While the HWW team works behind the scenes to develop the details of a new awards programme, a range of employer/workplace resources will be available including:

  • Taking part in introductory webinars
  • Topic specific resources
  • Podcasts on important health and wellbeing topic areas for employers
  • Employer case studies showcasing action on health and wellbeing
  • Support for the employer to develop an action plan
  • Focus on one or a small number of specific topics
  • HWW Pledge
  • Online employer (and employee) tools

By making the most of the above resources you will be demonstrating your commitment to employee health and wellbeing and this will act as evidence towards the new HWW awards programme when it becomes available.

If you are interested in joining other employers in accessing the above resources and taking part in virtual workshops and webinars, please complete the employer resources registration form and return to Workplacehealth@wales.nhs.uk.
